1. Is this all ready stock or pre-order?

Yes, all item in the store is ready stock.

2. Can I know abc120 still available?

Stock information will be stated all below the pictures.

3. What is the size of M and L?

Customer can just take the normal size you wear.

4. Can I have the actual picture of the item?

Pictures posted is all taken by seller.

5. Is the colour shown exact with the original item?

Seller do not guarantee on customer's screen colour. However, all of the picture do not edit on the colour. So, no worries about that.

6. Can I refund if there is any spoil on the item?

Refundable is not accepted because underwear due to hygiene issue. Other than that, every item will be double check before post out. It is impossible any spoil on it.

2. Seller only have PBB?

Yes. Customer may transfer amount via online banking or by atm machine. Access money transfered will be return.

Posting Enquires

1. When do seller post out the item I ordered?

The day after once payment received.

2. Is tracking no. provided?

Yes, tracking no. is given once item posted.

3. What is pos express?

Pos Express do not need any signature. Postmen will just leave your item into your mail box. Normally Pos Express take 3 working days to reach.
